Every Tuesday in May from 2-3pm, the Vulcan Library is hosting a session on mindfulness. There is no charge for these sessions!
Session 1: What is mindfulness?
Session 2: Mindfulness and Emotions
Session 3: Stress reduction and body scan
Session 4: Worry and being in the here and now
Session 5: Being present with your heart and pulling it all together
Our sessions will include information on the topic of the week, work sheets, coloring pages and a guided meditation.
We will provide refreshments after every session.
